Useful information for patients
Day hospitalization is a form of hospitalization with a maximum duration of 12 hours, patients can go home after treatment or investigations, and is settled by the National Health Insurance House.
During the admission in the day hospitalization regime, patients benefit from curative medical services - examinations, collections, laboratory analyses, radiographs, CT scan of the naïve skull, evaluation in order to provide specialized medical assistance.
The day hospitalization service is intended for patients who do NOT require continuous hospitalization and can be accessed FREE of charge based on the CAS referral ticket.

Documents necessary for the admission of a patient
The patient who is going to be hospitalized, presents himself at the Reception with the following documents:
- the identity document;
- the referral ticket from the family doctor or the specialist doctor;
– insurance card;
- proof of the quality of insurance (certificate of insurance) if the patient does not have a card;
- type employee certificate / pension slip.
Safety of goods during hospitalization
For the safety of your belongings during hospitalization, we recommend that you do not have valuables (jewelry, watches, etc.) on you. The Lisimed Day Hospitalization Department cannot assume responsibility in case of theft or loss of personal items.
The Day Hospitalization Department can provide you with a locker in the salon. To use it, please contact the nurses in the Day Hospitalization Department.

It is done according to the decision of the attending physician, after performing all the procedures and investigations recommended by him.
Upon discharge, the attending physician issues the following documents to the patient:
– Hospital discharge ticket;
- Medical Letter;
– Recommendation form for medical care at home, palliative services (if applicable);
– Recommendation for medical devices (if applicable);
– Medical leave certificate (if applicable);
– Medical certificate (if applicable);
– Compensated or simple medical prescription (as applicable);
– Medical referral to expert services (as appropriate);
– Statement of expenses for medical services received.
