Regulation of Mass media access

It is carried out in accordance with the Procedure regarding access and communication with Mass-media, Code PO JR 01, as follows:

• mass media representatives have the obligation to present themselves at the gate of the institution for identification;
• the staff at the reception will request the identity documents of the media representatives, the service order/work ID;
• the reception staff will notify the administrator / spokesperson of the presence of media representatives in the hospital courtyard;
• no representative of the mass media is allowed to enter the premises of the hospital except with the agreement of the management, following a written or telephone request and with a visit permit, following accreditation obtained in advance from the hospital.
• the media representatives will be permanently accompanied by a hospital guard during the visit. Access to hospital wards will be restricted and granted only with the approval of the head of department;
• The administrator will establish the places and conditions in which it will be possible to film when interviewing a patient, in compliance with the patient's privacy rights
