Obligations of the patient
- To give full confidence in the recommended treatment and care
- To behave in a civilized and polite manner with the medical staff;
- To respect the rules of daily personal hygiene;
- To express the agreement required by the medical staff in the situations provided by the legislation;
- To participate in their healing by complying with medical recommendations and treatment and to rigorously comply with the internal regulations of the unit;
- Not to claim laboratory or radiological examinations that the doctor does not consider necessary;
- To accept the diet recommended by the doctor, even if it differs from the foods he is used to in the family;
- Do not store food except in the permitted places (fridge);
- To stay in the hospital as long as necessary, not to insist on staying longer than necessary, and if he wants to be discharged before the doctor's recommendation, this will be done on his own responsibility and under his signature;
- Not to leave the hospital without the consent of the attending physician/doctor on duty;
- Smoking is strictly prohibited, otherwise patients will be discharged;
- To maintain the cleanliness of the salons, the integrity of the equipment, the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities and not to degrade the facilities, not to throw dressings, cotton wool and other objects or food waste;
- To walk in neat, decent clothing when going out in the corridors or outside in the hospital yard;
- To respect the circuits of the hospital and not to circulate through the places forbidden to patients in order to protect oneself against pathogenic or noxious agents;
- Not to cause misunderstandings or altercations with the medical staff or other patients;
- In case of dissatisfaction, the patient can make a written complaint or address the head doctor or the hospital management.
