The program aims to intervene to support the patient's recovery process after Covid-19, acting on the emotional, neurological, immune and nutritional side.<\/span><\/p>\n

Considering that this disease produces effects and imbalances in several areas, both organically and psychologically, and the impact is very strong on the human being as a whole, we believe that a support intervention is needed for the period of recovery.<\/span><\/p>\n

In general, people do not ask about the quality of life they lead in terms of health, the disruptive role of stress on the immune system, the importance of a balanced diet, healthy emotional life, correct stress management, the quality and importance of sleep.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Now more than ever is the time for this to happen.<\/span><\/p>\n

The recovery support process involves:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • bringing the person out of shock, denial or feelings of helplessness<\/span><\/li>\n
  • mobilizing the person for action and establishing a recovery program<\/span><\/li>\n
  • supporting and encouraging self-sustainability in the recovery process<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The group meeting will take place in an interactive way, the participants will benefit from: psychotherapeutic support, neurological counseling and nutritional counseling related to the experience they have gone through.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Trainers:<\/b><\/p>\n

    Geanina Nicolae \u2013 <\/b>Experiential psychotherapist with training in trauma psychotherapy and somatic therapy.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Mihaela Delureanu \u2013 <\/b>Neurologist primary doctor<\/span><\/p>\n

    Anca Pavel \u2013 <\/b>Doctor specializing in diabetes, nutrition and metabolic diseases<\/span><\/p>\n

    VENUE:<\/b> LISIMED CLINIC, SLATINA<\/b><\/p>\n

    DURATION:<\/b> \u00a0 The group meeting will last 3 hours and will take place once a month<\/span><\/p>\n

    PARTICIPANTS:<\/b>\u00a0 no. limited by persons;<\/span><\/p>\n

    Participating people will prove that they have been vindicated through a negative test.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
